“Health(ier) dairy-free Sundae” 

I know I know, it’s the middle of winter. But I was really craving a big bowl of cold ice cream. Instead of going for the Byers we had in our freezer, I made an alternative!

What you need 

  • 1 cup of frozen fruit
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips 
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut 

Super easy, all you have to do is blend the frozen fruit and honey together until it is paste-like. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle the chocolate chips and shredded coconut on top, and voilà! A yummy little snack to fulfill your ice cream cravings.
